Terms of Service, Event Bookings & Returns Policy

1. Scope & Ethos

Printed Orange is a trading entity of Wildback Partnership. By purchasing event tickets, courses, digital downloads, or physical goods through this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

All our activities, retreats, and services are specifically designed for guests of any background—whether Christian, of a different faith, or of no faith. However, all activities and services provided are fundamentally underpinned by Christian beliefs and values. By booking or participating, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • You will participate in all activities and services on this basis.
  • You cannot opt out of scheduled activities, sessions, or services during an event or retreat.
  • We are unable to facilitate or accommodate alternative religious worship or practices.

2. Events, Courses & Digital Products

2.1 Online & In-Person Events

  • Notice Requirement: Ticket cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@wildback.co.uk at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event start date to be eligible for a refund. This allows us adequate time to reallocate places.
  • Transfers: If your booking is within 30 days of the event, or if 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, ticket fees are non-refundable. At our discretion, we may transfer your booking to an alternative date, subject to seat availability.
  • Strict Exclusions: Any online or in-person event scheduled to start within 7 days is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

2.2 Digital Content & Online Courses

  • Pre-recorded, downloadable, or streamed courses and media are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • Online courses that have been partially or fully viewed (excluding explicit free-preview modules) cannot be refunded.
  • Downloadable products, digital artwork, and gift cards are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

3. Physical Retail Goods & Returns

3.1 Eligibility Window

Our returns policy for physical merchandise lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase date, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or an order invoice number is required.
  • Sale items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotion are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges: We only replace physical items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you require an identical exchange, email info@wildback.co.uk.

3.2 Return Shipping

  • To return physical items, mail your product to our physical business address (provided upon receipt of your return request).
  • You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable; if a refund is issued, the cost of original and return delivery will be deducted.
  • For goods valued over £50, we strongly recommend using a tracked postal service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.

3.3 Gifts

  • Marked as a Gift: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is inspected and received.
  • Non-Gift Orders: If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be returned to the original payment method of the gift giver.

4. Refund Processing

  1. Notification: Once your returned item or written cancellation is received, we will inspect the request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  2. Settlement: If approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
  3. Late or Missing Refunds: If your refund has not posted after 10 business days, first re-check your bank account and contact your card issuer or banking institution, as processing times vary. If you have done this and still have not received your funds, contact info@printedorange.co.uk.
